Tsveta's poems from her book The Seventh Gesture were published in bilingua Albanian-English in Poeteka magazine. The translators are  Silvana Leka in Albanian and Jonathan Dunne in English. The editor is the poet Arian Leka. In 2009 Tsveta was guest at the International Literary Festival in Albania with the same name.
